Our Communities

Highland Property Management offers several apartment styles in a diverse collection of communities across Montana and Wyoming. Focusing on multi-family affordable housing, we provide tax credit housing (LIHTC) and market rate communities for families and seniors (55+).

What's New

Highland Property Management has two new housing communities opening in Late Summer 2012 in Sheridan WY. Covey Run our newest senior housing offers one and two bedroom Affordable apartments. Peak Apartments offers two and three bedroom affordable apartments. These communities will be located in the northwest side of Sheridan and feature beautiful views.
